Responsibility :
- Analyze daily oil production performance, water injection, water discharge, and provide recommendation on daily operation improvement activities to leaders also serve as a PIC to ensure all operation and maintenance compliances are fullfilled, manage data and documentation, work with related team to renew the Operation & Maintenance compliance certification.
- Develop daily and weekly Operation and Maintenance highlight report, Operation and maintenance presentation for internal and external, collect and analyze all information related to operation and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with Asset Develop Team, Power Generation and Transmition Team, Well test, Chemical, Data Support Center, and Submersible Pump Support team to improve production efficiency and ensure production data reliability and cost effective
- Develop data base of Oil and Water production, water injection, effluent water discharge
Requirements :
- Have minimum 2 year related experience as Production Specialist
- Have a good analytical skill, computer literacy, communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Have an Experience in operation and maintenance especially in Oil and gas Industry
- Have good team work, able to work in difficult situation
- Experienced in developing data base, report, and material presentation

Responsibility :
- Business Planning: Coordinate development, deployment and submission of Asset Strategic and Business Plans including Work Program & Budget. Consolidate all data and do analysis especially in CEB/OEB and Production matters with any scenario if needed, prepare slide presentation for leadership meeting.
- Analytical: Do analytical and data management, with a strong understanding of economic modeling, decision analysis, excel and economic (Merak PEEP) based tools. Identify and act on improvement opportunities. Develop reports and presentation for management.
- Team work: Manage multiple, concurrent assignments and coordination among multiple disciplines, OUs, Support Groups, Management levels, and other Stakeholders including SKKMIGAS.
- Communication: Build communications across all levels of organization, Corporate and government officials. Represent Company on various external discussions/efforts. Developing and delivering presentations.
Requirements :
- Recent graduates are welcomed to apply (experience in oil and gas industry is a plus.)
- Understands basic concepts of economic such as NPV, DPI, ROR. Capable of calculating economic parameters for simple projects.

PE - Technical Assistant (Ext-75/PE/RG/CPI/HO/2014)
Responsibility :
Maintain and improve production performance by assisting engineers and earth scientists in collecting, QC, and analyzing data for technical evaluations and routine reservoir management.
This includes the following responsibilities: (1) performs routine and advanced data entry into CPI database systems, (2) helps generate work over (P&A, Add Perf, WSO, etc) and well stimulation (acidizing, H&P, Solvent) recommendations, (3) assists engineers and geologists during patterns reviews, well review, and general reservoir management activities, (4) general data collection and analysis to support team activities.
Requirements :
- Have Data Management and Computer literacy skills (DSS, DREAMS, FINDER, Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Access,Database).
- Understands how to use the database systems to help the team in preparation of data for pattern reviews, heat reviews, workover evaluations, and general reservoir management activities.
- Able to conduct data entry into CPI database systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
